Service Description

Are you overwhelmed by the concept of preparing for natural disasters? Alleviate anxiety by preparing your body & mind to react to natural disasters. Start with a 30 minute zoom session with Nicole, focused on helping you determine the 3 things you should do first. You will be provided with basic a packing list & steered towards resources you should be able to access quickly in the event of a disaster.

Cancellation Policy

Please honor the 24 hour cancellation policy for private trips, walks, classes & sessions. Group walks & trips must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance online, or via email or phone. For virtual fitness classes, the cutoff to register is 10 minutes prior to class. Please email nicolepele@hotmail.com if you miss this cutoff (it may not be too late)
