Spend an hour focusing on foundation, joint alignment, & body balancing. Become aware of your body patterns and how they affect your movement and are affected by your daily habits. This class includes strengthening & flexibility exercises, and moves at a slower pace to create space for mindful engaged motion.

Group walks & trips must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance online, or via email or phone.
